For more than a century, the Wolniak family has been honored to serve Chicago families with dignity, care, and respect. Our story began in 1922, when Leonard Wolniak Sr. and his wife, Anna, offered funeral services in the homes of the deceased. Soon after, they built their first chapel at 4604 South Wolcott, serving the Back of the Yards neighborhood with compassion and dedication.
